Northeast monsoon: MOE prepares flood management guide for schools

NIBONG TEBAL, Nov 16 — The Education Ministry (MOE) has prepared a Flood Disaster Management Guide for Educational Institutions to deal with the northeast monsoon, which includes measures before, during and after flood.
